Travel Health Certificates

We do provide interstate and international health certificates. All international certifiactes takes atleast 10 days as all documentation has to be sent and endorsed by Animal and Plant Health inspection services (APHIS). Once endorsed the hardcopy certificate will be overnighted to you directly.   

Please review the following:

1. Verify with Animal and Plant Health inspection services (APHIS) travel information for your destination. Some destinations require certain test that take 30 days for results.
2. Please verify with your flight carrier information regarding traveling with pets.

3. All pets must be up to date on vaccines that are required by your destination location. If your pets’ vaccines were not performed at CVH please bring them to your appointment.
