Care Credit

The CareCredit health and pet care credit card is a flexible financing solution that allows you to manage the cost of veterinary expenses over time. Upon approval, you can use it immediately at veterinary locations in the CareCredit network to pay for routine veterinary appointments, grooming services, emergency pet care, and a variety of surgeries and treatments.

ScratchPay

Scratchpay provides pet parents with simple transparent plans. Scratchpay is not a credit card so applying will not affect your credit score. Most pet parents are approved with affordable rates as low as 0% APR. You can apply by calling or texting PAY at 855-727-2395.
Billing Policy
At our hospital, our goal is to serve both you and your pet in every way possible—including working with your budget. We kindly ask that you communicate any financial concerns with our veterinary team before treatment begins, so we can guide you through the best options for your pet’s care.
Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.
If your pet is hospitalized, 75% of the estimated treatment plan is due at the time of admission. The remaining balance is due upon discharge.
We are committed to discussing all medical options with you. Treatment plans may change based on decisions made between you and your veterinarian.
Emergencies and Budgeting
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please keep our team informed as early as possible so we can assist you appropriately.
Appointments
To ensure efficient service for all clients:
- Please arrive on time for your appointments.
- Surgical appointments require a deposit. If not canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and impact other patients in need of care.
Therefore: A $86 fee will apply for no-shows or appointments canceled without proper notice.
Failure to pay this fee or required deposits may result in suspension of services and your account being sent to collections.
