Concord Veterinary Hospital now offers urgent care services 7 days a week as a continuation of care to your practice. Your clients now have an alternative to visiting a full-scale emergency hospital when immediate attention is needed, but emergency or critical care is not.

How to Refer a Patient
When referring a patient for urgent care and surgery services, please send all patient information to us via email:

If you are referring a patient for acupuncture services, please fill out the form below. With all referral services, our doctors will communicate the recovery with the owner and refer patients back to their primary veterinarian to pursue any additional treatments.
