SUCCESS!
Your pet’s spot is saved. Please note: This isn’t an appointment in the traditional sense, but it does reserve your pet’s place in order to see the doctor. Due to the nature of urgent care, your appointment time is subject to change if another, life threatening, case comes into the hospital during your scheduled time.
In addition to this notification, we’ve also sent a confirmation email to the email you entered while scheduling this visit.
What to Expect on Arrival: You will be greeted by our patient care coordinator in the lobby. If your pet is unstable or critical, a nurse will be called to triage and assess your pet. We will obtain personal information, and patient information. A treatment authorization form will need to be signed to proceed. A deposit for exam fee will be taken.
What to Bring: Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of any medications your pet is currently taking, and a list of the symptoms you have observed with your pet’s condition.
Urgent vs Emergency: We are not currently a 24-hour facility, and we may need pet parents to transfer their pet to Animal Emergency and Specialty Center. We do not have the capability to perform MRI, CT scans, or blood transfusions. Cases that require 24-hour critical nursing care or more advanced diagnostics and treatments will be first stabilized and then referred to the specialty hospitals if necessary.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, Care Credit, and Scratch Pay. Deposits are required for treatment and all payment is due at the time of service. Our current payment plans are through Care Credit and Scratch Pay, both can be applied for online before arriving.
Other Things to Note: If your pet is stable, and has non-life-threatening condition, you will be added to the waitlist in the order you have arrived. Our staff will work diligently to see your pet in a timely manner, as we understand the stress a sick pet can cause.
