With this news I was completely devastated because we thought we were going to have to put him down. But my husband and I decided we needed a second option. When I called I wasn’t ready to make an appointment because I had other vets to call but the receptionist I spoke with made me feel like this was the place for a clear diagnosis. When we arrived, Jakob was so amazing and patient with my Dane! He picked up my 140 pound Dane out of the back of my vehicle like he was a baby, cleaned up two piles of special presents… maybe three 🫣🫣, and he knew how to make us feel special and heard. Dr. Kate looked my Dane over from head to toe moving all the joints to see what the issue could be, treated him patience, gentleness, and found he DID NOT have a torn ligament but he had foot fungus!! As soon as we got home my Dane came running in the house - he hadn’t done that in over two weeks. Before I found concord I’d get my pet back and be told she wouldn’t eat or play hardly at all in my absence but that he never been an issue here. She comes back the same happy pup everytime! Outside of her needs they also exceed mine they are flexible with pick up and drop and never hesitate to get you an update while you’re pet is there, they also are very affordable and always seem to have just enough availability when I am in need! I simply would not know what to do without the boarding services! That is why I was so sadden to hear they will no longer offer them after the last time I picked up Nadia.
